The 'Stupid Girls' hitmaker - who is supporter and campaigner for PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) - hit out at the 18-year-old singer after she was spotted filming a clip for her new video 'I Love You Like A Love Song' on a Malibu beach with several brightly-painted creatures.

Writing on her twitter page, Pink said:"If there are any animal activists around Malibu- at Leo Cabrillo State Beach, there are horses being painted for a stupid music video. Shame.

"Artists should be more aware and responsible for their actions.

"whether u r a fan of mine or whomEVER'S, i won't stop speaking out about animal cruelty.i've taken responsibility in the past,so should she.(sic)"

However, a representative for Selena's record company has insisted no animals were harmed during the filming of the video.

The singer's spokesperson said in a statement to People magazine:"It was important to the Production Company, Record Label and Ms. Gomez that no animals were harmed and all proper precautions were taken.

"A non toxic, vegetable based powder paint was applied via an airbrush and removed with water. An official from the Humane Society was on set supervising."

The new AC/DC DVD 'Live At River Plate' has debuted at number one in 17 countries including Australia.

The Live At River Plate DVD documents the AC/DC Black Ice world tour. It was shot in Buenos Aires in December 2009 completely in HD using 32 cameras.

The AC/DC DVD was directed by David Mallet and produced by Rocky Oldham and features all 19 songs performed by AC/DC on the tour.

Fergie 'vomited all over the place' during a recent anniversary trip with husband Josh Duhamel.

The 38-year-old actor ' who married the Black Eyed Peas singer in 2009 ' whisked his wife away to Mexico for a romantic break to celebrate their second wedding anniversary in January, only for her to be struck down with a mystery illness for a day and a half.

Josh explained: 'We go to La Paz in Mexico, this beautiful resort, really private. She was like, 'Oh this is the most romantic thing you've ever done. I can't believe this'.

'About three hours later she's vomiting all over the place. She got sick for like a day and half. I was like, 'Happy Anniversary, babe. I'm going to surf'.'

The 'Transformers' star also revealed he and Fergie ' real name Stacy Ferguson ' are hoping to have two children, so they can give their brood 'the right amount of attention'.

Speaking on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', Josh said: 't's something I always wanted. I used to want five, six but you know, probably not realistic anymore. Plus, I'm probably a little more selfish than I thought I was. So I think two is good. I think two is a good number.

'You can give them the right amount of attention but whatever. We're both from Catholic families we like to procreate.'

Muse to record 'softer' album next year

Majestic Brit rockers Muse have spoken about their recording plans, and hint that new music might be 'softer'.

Muse Drummer Dominic Howard and bassist Chris Wolstenholme spoke to NME at an award ceremony and dropped some details of their next album.

They mapped out a plan to record in September or October of this year and 'definitely' put an album out in 2012, three years after their last effort The Resistance.

Wolstenholme said they're headlining the mammoth Leeds and Reading festivals in the middle of the year, 'So September, October time we'll get into the studio and start writing and working on the songs."

Howard said, 't takes as long as it takes really, because you have to love it before you can just chuck it out there and into the real world. But definitely next year.

They also revealed that ringleader Matt Bellamy is showing his softer side in new music he's presented to them.

Howard said, 'Who knows, it might be softer rock, but then it's up to me and Chris to make it heavy again. A heavy rock lullaby! But I'm sure it will move forward in some way."

Pink Floyd's Nick Mason 'assumed' recordings had been lost

Nick Mason"assumed"certain recordings from the soon to be released Pink Floyd archives had been lost.

The drummer with the legendary 'Another Brick in the Wall' hitmakers is pleased to be unveiling remastered versions of their 14 albums, as well as multi-disc sets containing many alternate takes and unreleased tracks, and one particular version of their song 'Wish You Were Here', recorded with late violin virtuoso Stephane Grappelli particularly sparked his interest.

He said:"I had assumed it had been lost. The incredible thing is that {another violinist} Yehudi Menuhin was there as well. Someone plucked up the courage to ask them both if they'd like to play something on the record. Stephane absolutely was up for it and I think Yehudi would have liked to, but he's not an improviser and I think he just felt he couldn't do it."

Nick, 67, also feels the mammoth set of reissues - under the banner Why Pink Floyd? ' will be the last time the band physically release material, before downloaded music eclipses other formats.

He added:"There is a slight sense that we are coming to the end of the period where people will buy the physical record with all the packaging and the information and so on.

"I think it's really important to try and have a last go at that, because if we do end up just downloading everything from now on it would be a shame if there wasn't on record all that good artwork and the things that went with it."

The 'Judas' hitmaker ' who recently split from her boyfriend Luc Carl - owns a huge array of hair pieces which she changes to match her eccentric outfits and she has confessed she likes nothing more than to be on her own playing her piano and admiring her wigs.

She told the Daily Mirror newspaper:"I like being alone. I lived alone for so long when I was in New York City fighting for my shot at stardom, so there is something that is very sentimental to me about time with wigs and a glass of whisky.

"To relax, I like to be by myself. I play piano by myself sometimes. I write poetry, I read and I play with my wigs and I listen to my music."

However, the 25-year-old performer won't be spending much time on her own in the near future because she is planning a huge world tour to promote her new album 'Born This Way'.

She told the Daily Star newspaper:"I'm planning on launching a new tour by the end of the year if not the beginning of next.

"I'm itching like a heroin addict trying to get back on stage. I can't wait."

Gaga insists the run of shows will be bigger than her 'Monster Ball Tour' ' which grossed $139 million worldwide - because she can never imagine making anything less"epic".

She said:"I'll never do a smaller show. It's got to be bigger, bigger, more epic, more of an opus. I don't care where I am in the world, theatrics are part of who I am. I don't do it big for the sake of it."

The 'Hair' hitmaker emerged onstage in Carlisle, Northern England, from the velvet lined box, opening her hour-long set at the Radio 1 Big Weekend Festival with her recent single 'Born This Way'.

The singer performed tracks from her new album - also called 'Born This Way' - as well as older favourites including 'Poker Face' and 'Bad Romance' during the show, which saw her make numerous costume changes, but clad in black throughout.

During her song 'Judas', Gaga wore an eye mask and a crucifix attached to her pants. She also played jazz standard 'Orange Colored Sky', changing the words in tribute to British royal couple The Prince and Princess of Cambridge, who married at the end of last month.

She told the crowd:"When I was in the United States I wished I was at the Royal Wedding. I want to be the girlfriend of a handsome prince."

Gaga also gave a tearful rendition of her track 'Edge of Glory' after explaining to the crowd it was written about her grandfather.

Before her performance - which saw her take to the stage 40 minutes late - Gaga said she wanted it to be a little more"off the cuff"than her recently concluded The Monster Ball Tour shows.

She told BBC Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills:"I'm going to change it up a bit and maybe do a jazz tune. I'm going to see how I feel. It's not the Monster Ball. I usually get a little more off the cuff when I do festival shows.

"I get really inspired by the audience depending on how I feel about the show. It's not completely planned out."

Other acts to appear at the free two-day event, attended by some 40,000 people, included Foo Fighters, Tinie Tempah, Nicole Scherzinger, Jessie J, My Chemical Romance and Bruno Mars.

The 'Till The World Ends' singer has become the latest celebrity to feature in Bluewater Productions' Fame series following Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

Writer of 'Fame: Britney Spears' Paul McCray said in a statement:"She is far more complicated than most people realise. No matter what preconceptions you have about her, there will always be more layers and surprises."

The 32-page animated magazine, which has been illustrated by Ricardo Jaime, tells the story of Britney's rise to fame and her personal difficulties.

Paul added:"Beyond the performer, there is a real human being there, struggling for a real life, struggling to connect with her art, and struggling to be understood."

Darren G. Davis ' Bluewater President and founder of the American publishers ' says the aim of the comic is to show people the real Britney.

He added:"She was created in the internet age to be put on a pedestal, but no one can stand the glaring lights of celebrity that intensely. The title seeks to find the person within."

Motorhead announce 2011 UK tour dates with UK Subs

Hard Rock legendsMotorhead have today announced that they will be returning to the UK for their annual tour this November. This year the band will be supported on their 11 date run by British Punk bands Anti Nowhere League and UK Subs.

In keeping with what has now become tradition for any self respecting rock fan, Motorhead lead by rock icon Lemmy return for their annual, country-wide November tour. Starting on 2nd November in Wolverhampton, the tour will stop at 11 cities across the UK, winding up on 18th November in Manchester. The huge success of their 35th Anniversary tour in 2010 and the release of critically acclaimed rockumentary 'Lemmy', proved that Motorhead are very much keeping everything louder than everything else. This year, as well as the Motorhead tour, Lemmy's side project 'HeadCat' will be releasing brand new album 'Walk The Walk, Talk The Talk' in July this and a Live DVD will be released later in the year as well.

While the 'In Da Club' hitmaker has known the '99 Problems' rapper for several years, but insists the pair are not friends and only use each other for their own gains.

50 told MTV news: 'We don't have those kinds of relationships. These people are people I associate with. We are in the same business. We are not necessarily friends. We don't call each other for no reason.

't's not like we have something against each other to make us enemies. Me and Jay will use each other. Repeatedly. For energy.'

50 and Jay-Z were involved in a rap 'beef' with each other in early 2009, but while neither has said anything publicly to settle their differences, they met backstage when Jay-Z played a huge concert with 50's mentor, Eminem, at Detroit's Comerica Park last year, although 50 refuses to say what happened between them.

He said:"We got a chance to kick it for a minute. I know people were interested in what that conversation was like. But they can ask Jay-Z.

"I take people's actions as if it's genuinely how they feel. I can only use what I saw you do as if that's what you meant.

"I can't understand what your motivation was prior to that.

Nicola Roberts 'so nervous' about her debut solo material

The Girls Aloud star ' who releases her debut single 'Beat of My Drum' in June followed by her album 'Cinderella Eyes' in the autumn ' is pleased to be unveiling her music, but is suffering from"butterflies"about it.

Writing on her website nicolarobertsmusic.com, she said:"I feel so excited and nervous all at the same time. Everytime I think about what I'm about to do I get the biggest butterflies...

"For over a year, I've been in the studio writing my own songs and working towards making my own record. The time has come where I have to come out of my safe bubble that is the studio and share my music with you... butterflies just got worse... (sic)"

The album, which features lyrics about coming to London and being hounded by the press for looking miserable and drinking vodka, is something she has"wanted to write for a long time".

She added:"It was important that my record was personal to me. I wanted to be able to look back on the album and know that I have honestly put 100 per cent of myself into it. I've written songs and stories that I have wanted to write for a long time. I really hope that you're able to relate to my music, because that really is what it's all about..(sic)"

Nicola is the third member of Girls Aloud to release solo music.

Cheryl Cole has created two albums, on which she worked with Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am, while Nadine Coyle's debut effort 'Insatiable' failed to set charts alight.

Simple Plan and Rivers Cuomo collaborate on new track

The new Simple Plan album 'Get Your Heart On' will feature a song co-written and featuring Weezer's Rivers Cuomo.

Cuomo wrote 'Can't Keep My Hands Off You' for the Simple Plan album due in June.

The album is going to feature a number of guests. 'Jet Lag', the first single, features Natasha Bedingfield.

The album was produced by Brian Howes (Boys Like Girls, Hinder) and also features an appearance from Rivers Cuomo who co-wrote 'Can't Keep My Hands Off You' with Simple Plan.

'Get Your Heart On' is the first Simple Plan album since their self-titled album from 2008. It went top 10 in Australia.

Marie Osmond remarried her first husband yesterday

Marie Osmond remarried her first husband yesterday (04.05.11).

The singing star wed former basketball player Stephen Craig in Las Vegas almost 30 years after they first tied the knot ' wearing the same wedding dress as at their 1982 ceremony.

Marie said: ' am so happy and look forward to sharing my life with Stephen, who is an amazing man as well as a great father to my children."

The couple have one son together - also called Stephen - who is now 28.

Marie, 51, also had a son and a daughter and adopted five children with her second husband, music producer Brian Blosil, whom she was divorced from in 2007.

Sadly, Marie's second son, Michael, committed suicide last year, and Marie chose today for the wedding as it would have been both his birthday and that of her late mother, Olive.

She told website People.com:"It was important that both Michael and my mom were with us on this special day."

The couple ' who originally split in 1985 - were married in a private ceremony at the Latter Day Saints Mormon Temple, followed by a reception at their nearby Nevada home.

Stephen, 54, now travels the US as a motivational speaker, while Marie continues to perform in Las Vegas with her brother, Donny.

Nick later tweeted his excitement about the new arrivals, whose names have not yet been released.

He posted: 'My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life! I won't ever be able to top this!'

Tinie Tempah is delaying the release of his second album to concentrate on breaking the US.

The British rapper had planned to bring out a follow-up to debut 'Disc-Overy' later this year, but after his single 'Written in the Stars' went to number 14 in the US charts he is putting all his efforts into making it big there.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: 'Tinie has got the busiest schedule around, but you'll never hear him moan. Even when he's on a plane, he's thinking of ideas for his next album, show or performance.

'As much as he wants to get new music out to his fans he doesn't want to short-change them, so the album will now come out in 2012.'

The American public appear to be very taken with Tinie, especially after discovering he hung out with Prince William and his fiancee Kate Middleton at last year's Radio One's Big Weekend event in his homw country.

The source added: 'All the Americans want to ask Tinie is about meeting the royals. They're overwhelmed at the story of Wills declaring himself a big fan of his debut single 'Pass Out'.'

Green Day close 'American Idiot' musical in style on Broadway

Green Day played an hour-long farewell concert as the 'American Idiot' musical drew to a close on Broadway Mon night.

The punk band ' made up of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool ' performed a 10-song set, which included hits such as 'Holiday' and 'Burnout', at the St. James Theatre in New York City as the cast danced behind them drinking beer.

Following frontman Billie Joe's departure from the cast at the end of January, ticket sales for the musical had suffered.

However, the rocker reprised his role as St. Jimmy for the production's final three weeks, beginning on April 5.

Although it's Broadway run is coming to an end, 'American Idiot' - which follows the life of disaffected youth Johnny as he flees his parents' suburban home - is going to continue as a touring production which will kick-off in the US in autumn 2011.

Meanwhile, 'Milk' screenwriter Dustin Lance Black is in talks to write the script for the film version of the musical - which is based around the band's seminal 2004 concept album.

Michael Mayer is set to direct the big screen project, while Billie Joe is to play St. Jimmy once again.

When 'American Idiot' first opened in 2010, the rocker admitted he was proud of the way the musical"moves"people.

Billie Joe said:"It moves people. I think it's the same reason why you would want to go see a band play live, you know?

"It's a record that's coming to life, it's in your face, and it's a story. That's what 'American Idiot' does. That's what it does in the music, and that's what it does onstage."

Glen Power often denies he is in The Script when people approach him.

The drummer ' who formed the band with Mark Sheehan and Danny O'Donoghue ' is still getting used to fame and sometimes finds it easier to pretend he is someone else.

He explained: ' still don't feel like I'm famous, I find it a little bit embarrassing when someone comes up and goes, 'Are you the guy from The Script?' Sometimes I deny it at first.

The 'Halo' singer ' who released new single 'Run The World (Girls)' today (21.04.11) ' has asked the 'S&M' star to record a duet for her new, as yet untitled record, set to be released in June.

The pair reportedly first discussed working together at this year's Grammys, and have now set time aside in their schedules to work on the track.

A source told website M is For Music:"Rihanna has wanted to work with Beyonce for some time now and, after talking about a duet at this year's Grammys, they have finally managed to set aside some time to record together.

"The song will feature on Beyonce's album and will be a number one smash hit for sure."

Meanwhile, fans are eagerly awaiting the video to 'Run The World (Girls)', which is directed by Francis Lawrence, who has previously worked with Lady Gaga on her 'Bad Romance' video.

The Rolling Stones special release of 'Brown Sugar' in its original form as a 7-inch vinyl single was the biggest selling vinyl single for Record Store Day 2011.

In fact, vinyl was a hit for Record Store Day 2011 in the USA according to Nielsen SoundScan sales data.

The Stones 'Brown Sugar' sold 2000 copies last Saturday and all up 27 new vinyl singles released for Record Store Day sold at least 500 copies.

Vinyl singles in the USA last week for Record Store Day week sold 13-times greater than the normal sales week. Vinyl albums had a 220% increase at independent record stores.

The biggest selling vinyl album for Record Store Day was Panda Bear's 'Tomboy'. It sold 7000 units.

14 vinyl albums released for Record Store Day sold 1000 copies or more and 37 albums sold 500 copies or more.

Foo Fighters released 'Medium Rare', a special edition 120 gram Record Store Day exclusive. It sold 2000 copies. They also had the biggest selling album of the week with 'Wasting Light' movong 235,000 units.

Independent Record Stores reported their biggest ever Record Store Day in 2011. Album sales in the USA were up 39% on the previous week.

Record Store Day 2011 was April 16. 2011.

Take That have hired their own personal chef to tour with them

The 'Greatest Day' group have enlisted a caterer to look after them while they are on their 'Progress Live' tour, but rather than cooking up tasty treats to order, he has been employed to help the quintet count their calories.

Singer Jason Orange said: 'We've got our own chef for the first time. They will be catering just for us on tour."

His bandmate Robbie Williams jokingly added:"Yeah, it's Howard. He can do a good turn in the kitchen."

Gary Barlow - who is also joined in the band by Howard Donald and Mark Owen ' has admitted to previously battling weight problems and depression after the band split in 1996.

He said: 'For a couple of years in the late 90s I suffered with depression and I ballooned to 233lbs by the year 2000. I was practically immobile and found it hard to move around. I remember waking up one morning and trying to sit up in bed and it was so hard. Getting out of bed was such an effort.'

The group reunited in 2005 without Robbie, who subsequently rejoined in July 2010.

They have promised their upcoming tour will have more advanced pyrotechnics and special effects than they have ever performed with before, even topping the band's acclaimed 2009 'Circus Live' shows where they brought an 'elephant' on stage.

The 19-year-old US singer is a huge fan of the 'Written in the Stars' rapper and admitted she was also impressed with his 'gentlemanly' behaviour when they recently met.

New T in the Park announcements!

I've always regarded T in the Park as the best UK festival and here's why. A few hours ago Blink 182 announced their decision to drop out of the festival, yet we're now greeted with some fantastic new bands to compensate.

The band likely to fill their slot is The Strokes, already headlining Reading festival. Alongside The Strokes TITP have also announced that former Guns n Roses guitarist Slash will now be making appearance, as will Pete Doherty who played the festival last year with Babyshambles. In addition to this T in the Park have also confirmed appearances from Fun Lovin' Criminals, Mona, The Naked&Famous, Jevlin and finally Jenny&Johnny.

As of yet, no news as to what Oxegen plan to do about Blink-182's abscence, although expect a similar array of artists to be announced shortly.

Beach Boys release rare track for Japan

Al Jardine has enlisted the voices and support of former Beach Boys bandmates Brian Wilson, Mike Love and Bruce Johnston to release a new vinyl single in support of Japan relief efforts.

The first side of the single contains Don't Fight the Sea, a song composed by Jardine and Terry Jacks and originally recorded for Jardine's album A Postcard From California. He is joined on the track by the three living Beach Boys along with an archive vocal by the late Carl Wilson. The flip side is an a capella mix from 1968 of the Beach Boys song Friends.

Jardine commented"We felt that the song had a nice basic message of friendship. I also like the idea of that song, because the vocals are a bit under appreciated. So this release was a perfect place to showcase the idea of harmony and friendship. Everybody is behind it 100%, that's the nice part."

The single will be out next Tuesday, April 19, although Jardine will bring advanced copies with him to a couple of Record Store Day events. The first 1,000 copies will be pressed in white vinyl with a red label (ala the Japanese flag) with the balance in black vinyl. Approximately 90 of the first run will be signed by all four Beach Boys.

100% of the proceeds from the single will go to the Red Cross aid to Japan.

Bon Jovi burglar busted

Police have busted a 21-year old burglar who had busted into the home of Jon Bon Jovi.

Nicholas J. Tracy of Beachwood, New Jersey was found hiding in a bathroom at Bon Jovi's $22 million estate after tripping an alarm. He had taken around $100,000 of jewellery belonging to Jon's wife Dorothea.

Police responded to the alarm inside the house in Navesink River Road on Wednesday and found Tracy hiding in the third bathroom. Tracy was also charged with breaking into the home of American Eagle Outtfitters CEO George Kolber on March 14 in the same area. He had stolen $103,912 of jewellery in that heist. Tracy is also accused of making off with $300,000 of jewellery in another robbery in Navesink River Road on April 1.

Tracy has now been charged with four counts of third-degree burglary and three counts of second-degree theft.

LeAnn, 28, quickly responded and much to Peggy's amazement, agreed to send her some items and even pay for the shipping costs.

Chas and Dave hope they influenced Arctic Monkeys to sing in their regional accent.

The London duo are famed for singing in cockney voices and using rhyming slang in their songs, and pianist Chas Hodges hopes this has influenced younger bands ' such as the North English group - to be proud to incorporate their roots into their tracks.

He told the Norwich Evening News newspaper: 'You can hear from my voice I'm not putting any of it on. The idea of singing like this came when I was on tour in America and singing with an American accent.

' felt a fraud and so came back to England and met with Dave with the idea of songs in my own accent. I love someone like the Arctic Monkeys who do the same with a Sheffield accent. Maybe they're taking a leaf out of our book.'

The 'Gertcha' group ' completed by David Peacock ' are currently playing their final tour together, but aren't sad as their records are already proving to have a lasting legacy.

Chas added: 'The beauty of it is, there's always the records, which will always be around. There was a little coincidence yesterday ' my wife told me a friend of hers was speaking about a funeral she'd been to, and as they played the fellow out they were playing 'The Sideboard Song 'by Chas and Dave. That's the great thing, the songs are not just made for the moment, they're made forever.'

Evanescence 'very excited' about entering the studio

Amy Lee beams about heading into the studio to create the long-awaited third Evanescence album.

It has been five years since Lee and Evanescence released their second album, the massive smash The Open Door, selling over 5 million copies via a polished mix of emo metal and ivory-tinkling.

Now Lee and guitarist Terry Balsam, and new members Tim McCord (on bass) and Will Hunt (on drums), have just entered the studio to record the follow-up.

Lee said in a press release: 'We can't wait to show everyone what we've been working on! We've written more than an album of songs. We've been finding ourselves, reinventing our sound, experimenting with things we've never done before and at the same time embracing the things we love most about Evanescence.

'This journey has made us the strongest we've ever been as a band, and I am in love with the music. Nick Rasculinecz is the perfect fit for this record and we are all very excited to get into the studio together.'

Rasculinecz is at the producing helm (replacing Boy and War producer Steve Lillywhite). He has previously worked on albums by Foo Fighters, Stone Sour, Deftones and Alice In Chains.

Their label hasn't specified a release date, but September this year has been mooted in the past.

Plan B signs up to play George Carter in The Sweeney

Brit Winner, Ben Drew (Plan B) has signed up to play George Carter in the upcoming movie THE SWEENEY. He will star alongside Ray Winstone, who'll play Jack Regan in the full-length feature film.

Based on the original ITV cult classic TV show, THE SWEENEY will be a modernization of the London Flying Squad, directed by Nick Love (THE FOOTBALL FACTORY, THE FIRM) and co-written by Bafta Winner John Hodge (TRAINSPOTTING).

Set in present day England, THE SWEENEY will be packed full of fast cars, action and wise cracks as it follows Flying Squad detectives Jack Regan, (originally played John Thaw,) George Carter (original played by Dennis Waterman) and their team, as they work to keep the bad guys down!

JLS have written 16 tracks for their third album

The 'Eyes Wide Shut' hitmakers are currently in Los Angeles working on a new record and say initial sessions have proved particularly fruitful.

Band member Jonathan 'JB' Gill said: 't's going really well.'

His bandmate Oritse Williams added: 't's off to a good start. We've written around 16 tracks so far.'

The group - which also includes Aston Merrygold and Marvin Humes ' have previously told of their plans to learn instruments for their new album.

Marvin, 25, said:"We all want to play our own instruments. We want to take the band forward.

"Take That inspired us. We've already decided what we're playing - I'm playing drums and Oritse is on guitar."

Jonathan added:"I used to play the piano and I'm going to take it up again. I feel like I've lost touch with it and I want to be able to play it on stage as well as on future albums."

The band is keen to stay together as a group and have ruled out any of them going solo at this point in their career.

Aston said: 'We're new to this game as a group. It feels like we've been here for a little while but we're still new.'

Jonathan added: 'Before the group we were all doing solo things and that didn't work.

We're strong and unified and that won't change.'

Keith Urban says the love of his wife Nicole Kidman and his children has helped him give up his addictions for good.

The country singer ' who has two daughters, Sunday Rose, two, and three-month-old Faith, with the actress ' checked into a clinic to be treated for drug and alcohol abuse just four months after he married the 'Rabbit Hole' star in June 2006, and he now realises the reason he was took substances was to make up for the lack of 'intimacy' in his life.

He told Good Weekend magazine: ' think I've spent my life fearful of intimacy. The result was a feeling of 'being without', this hole I tried to fill with all those other things. The only thing that has really filled it has been the love of my wife and our daughters.'

Keith wishes he had met Nicole earlier in his life, but he is now grateful for every day he gets to spend with her.

He added: 'The way in which it happened has turned out to be divinely inspired.'

Keith has previously admitted he was terrified his stint in rehab would destroy his marriage to Nicole, who staged an intervention with some of their friends.

The musician ' who had been to a treatment clinic on two prior occasions - said:"I thought, 'Surely let's give it a few years so we've got some solidity, because this kind of thing could tear us apart. This could just destroy us.'

"It was really a profound moment in so many ways. The way in which Nic handled that moment was just perfect ... Everything was just designed, I believe, for that moment to fuse us together."

Bob Dylan performs his first ever concert in China

Bob Dylan performs his first ever concert in China (06.04.11).

The 69-year-old musical legend was granted permission to give the concert at the Worker's Gymnasium in central Beijing after having his music vetted by censors, though some of his more well-known protest songs - including 'The Times They Are A-Changin'' and 'Blowin' In The Wind' - were dropped from his set so as not to offend the country's communist government.

However, the two-hour performance saw the 5,000-strong crowd entertained by the folk singer's classic tracks, including 'Like a Rolling Stone', 'Ballad of a Thin Man' and 'Highway 61 Revisited'.

Audience member Zhang Tian told Billboard.com:"I was a little disappointed that he didn't sing many of his songs because of the politics. What is the government so afraid of?"

However, the singer's appearance impressed other fans.

Yin Yang said:"I know his songs from karaoke, but I'm really not that familiar with him. I think this was a historic concert and I'm glad I've seen him."

The performance comes after Bob was refused permission to perform by China's Culture Ministry - who must approve every concert that takes place in the country -last year.

Dylan will perform in Shanghai and Hong Kong next week as part of a tour marking 50 years since his first major live performance.

JLS looking forward to having families

JLS Star Marvin Humes says the whole band are looking forward to becoming fathers.

The 26-year-old singer ' who recently reconciled with The Saturdays star Rochelle Wiseman following a four-month split ' wants to have a large family and thinks his bandmates have similar attitudes towards parenthood.

When asked if was planning on having children, Marvin said: ' want loads. I'm from a big family and it's made me want the same. We all can't wait to be dads.'

In order to further cement their love, Marvin and Rochelle recently enjoyed an 'amazing' romantic break to Dubai.

Recalling their trip, he told new! magazine: 't was amazing. We had a picnic in the desert and we went swimming with dolphins, which was amazing.'

Although Marvin is ready to settle down and his bandmate Jonathan 'JB' Gill, 24, also has a girlfriend, the rest of the group, Aston Merrygold, 23, and Oritse Williams, 25, are currently single and happy that way.

Aston said: ''m young, single and I have fun. Let's leave it at that.'

It was recently revealed that Marvin splashed out on a£2,000 bag and a silver eternity ring for Rochelle after they got back together.

A source said at the time:"When they split up, both parties were utterly miserable.

"They went for a private drink a couple of weeks ago and decided to give their relationship another shot. After presenting her with the bag and eternity ring, smitten Marvin suggested they think about moving in together.

"As far as romance is concerned, it is full steam ahead."

Bill Wyman reunites with Rolling Stones on new tribute album

Bill Wyman has reunited with his former Rolling Stones bandmates for a new tribute album.

The bassist ' who left the 'Satisfaction' group in 1992 ' has teamed up with Sir Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood to record a version of Bob Dylan's 'Watching The River Flow' on new charity record 'Boogie 4 Stu', a compilation in tribute to the band's co-founder Ian Stewart.

The quintet did get together in the studio to make the track however, with each laying down their parts in separate studios around the world.

A source explained: 'Charlie and Ronnie were already playing on the album and then Keith recorded his parts in New York, including 'Watching The River Flow'.

'This was emailed back to Mick in France and he sent it back with a vocal and harmonica track. Bill also put the bassline on.'

The Rolling Stones have used session musician Darryl Jones both live and in the studio since Bill left the group, and recorded their last album together in 2005.

A rumoured tour to mark the band's 50th anniversary next year has yet to be confirmed, but Keith, Charlie and Ronnie have all said they are keen for the band to go on the road again.

Although Ian was not a fully fledged member of the band, he played keyboard and piano with the Rolling Stones until he passed away aged 47 in 1985.

Death Cab For Cutie return

Death Cab For Cutie will release their first album in three years in May.

'Codes and Keys' was recorded in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Vancouver with Alan Moulder taking over mixing duties from the band's Chris Walla.

The last Death Cab For Cutie album was 'Narrow Stairs' in 2008 but they also released the song 'Meet Me At The Equinox' from the 'Twilight Saga: New Moon' soundtrack in 2009.

The first single from 'Codes and Keys' is 'You Are A Tourist'.

'Codes and Keys' will be released in May 27.

Dave Grohl has never felt guilty about his success

The Foo Fighters frontman started off as a punk rock drummer before rising to superstardom in grunge band Nirvana, and said he dislikes the purist attitude some bands have toward successful groups.

He told Q Magazine:"Don't get me started on guilt. Honestly, guilt and music should have nothing to do with each other. Growing up in the punk rock scene, unfortunately there were rules.

"You'd imagine that'd be the one place you'd be free of any boundaries. But you weren't supposed to do certain things.

"To me, I was a musician. I loved the Dead Kennedys, Bad Brains and all this punk rock s**t, but I also loved Motorhead, Venom and f***ing ABBA. I didn't have that guilt. I can be friendly with the Jonas Brothers and Bob Mould."

Dave, 42, added that while he wasn't guilty for his success, it deeply affected Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, who committed suicide in 1994.

He said:"The whole thing with guilt is... Of course it burnt a hole in Kurt's stomach. It had a lot to do with how uneasy he felt about Nirvana's success. But s**t, I didn't."

Foo Fighters' seventh album 'Wasting Light' is released on April 11.

2manydjs claim their shows in the US are 'more crazy' than 'jaded' Europe

The electronic 'NY Excuse' duo ' who are also half of the band Soulwax ' are yet to complete a full tour of America, but hope to organise dates soon, even though they find the country 'dangerous'.

The group's Steph Dewaele told prefixmag.com: 'To me, when we're in America, I kind of like it better. The crowd's a bit more crazy in America. People in Europe are a little more jaded.

'We should {tour the US}. Our agent's been telling us. It's nothing against America. We were saying how much we enjoy being in America - we really, really like it.

'But the U.S. is also dangerous for us. I've noticed whenever we play here we party too much, people get lost!'

'Also, it's been such a big part of our lives: We both had girlfriends in New York, so we spent so much time here.'

Steph added that he and brother Dave are working on new material they hope to put out with Soulwax soon, which will be their first new full album since 2004's 'Any Minute Now'.

He added: 'Soon we're going to have a new set. Completely new. It'll all be dance-y and electronic, but at the same time, we're starting to work more and more on new things that are completely non-electronic. Whatever people want from us, we'll do something else.

'We made a lot of music in the last couple of years, we just haven't found a way of releasing it all. Maybe 2011 will be a good year to start putting things out.'
