Tiffany Nestour, is a working mum from Kentish Town who loves to cook fresh, seasonal food and has just just written her first cookery book. She will be sharing with you a couple of recipes and ideas for getting the best out your seasonal produce. Nothing strange or too"cheffy", just easy, tasty food"

Whitesnake to release new album 'Forevermore'

WHITESNAKE, the legendary rock'n'roll legacy founded and formed by renowned singer/songwriter David Coverdale, unleashes a brand new storming 'Snake statement, 'Forevermore' on Frontiers Records on March 25th in Europe and March 29th in North America.

Their 11th studio album, 'Forevermore' was recorded, produced and mixed by Coverdale, guitarist Doug Aldrich and Michael McIntyre at Snakebyte Studios and Grumblenott Studios&Villas in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, with additional work at Casa Dala, Sherman Oaks, CA, and WHITESNAKE will take to the road for a full world tour in support of the release.

Foo Fighters release new album teaser

Foo Fighters have put a 30 second teaser of the opening track off their upcoming, as-yet-untitled album.

The snapshot, which can be heardhere, features a heavy Led Zeppelin-esque riff and Dave Grohl screaming 'These are my famous last words!' before it stops with a cliffhanger Home and Away writers would be proud of.

The album was recorded with Nirvana's 'Nevermind' producer Butch Vig, features Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic on bass and accordion on one track and sees the band permanently reunited with original Foo Fighter and one-time Nirvana touring guitarist Pat Smear.

There is no official release date, but you can expect it in Spring or Autumn.

Cameron Diaz claims she once bought drugs from Snoop Dogg

The 38-year-old actress ' who plays a teacher who smokes marijuana in her upcoming film 'Bad Teacher' ' is convinced she once purchased the narcotic, known as weed, from the rapper when they were at school together.

She said:"We went to high school together; he was a year older than me. He was very tall and skinny and wore lots of ponytails in his hair and I'm pretty sure I got weed from him. I had to have!"

The 'Green Hornet' star also confessed that her school days were"rough"and as well as experimenting with drugs she got onto fights.

Cameron told US TV talk show host George Lopez:"Anytime you heard the locker slam, you'd turn and there was a girl taking off her earrings, she's pulling her hair back in a ponytail and she's taking all her friends' rings and coming at you."

Lady Gaga debuts new track in Thierry Mugler video

A remix of a new Lady Gaga song from 'Born This Way' is being used as the soundtrack for the Thierry Mugler fashion show.

The mini-movie features the track behind an endless parade of new Mugler Menswear fashions.

'Born This Way' will be the second or forth Lady Gaga album depending how you look at it. There were three versions of her debut album 'The Fame' with 'The Fame Monster' and 'The Remix' coming close behind the original.

'Born This Way' the single will be released next week. The album will be out in May.

Lady Gaga has also recorded the song 'Hello Hello' with Elton John for the movie 'Gnomeo&Juliet'. The soundtrack will be released in February.

Linkin Park announce new single 'Burning In The Skies'

Linkin Park will release their new single 'Burning in the Skies' on March 21st on Warner Bros. Records.

The single is produced by Rick Rubin and Mike Shinoda and is taken from their critically acclaimed/multi-selling album 'A Thousands Suns', which was released in the UK on September 13th giving the band their fourth top five album.

Pop superstar Katy Perry announced today via a live appearance on Facebook that her California Dreams 2011 world tour is coming to North America this summer. Bob Dylan signs six-book deal

Bob Dylan has signed a six-book deal with publishing house Simon and Schuster.

Crain's New York Business reports that Dylan has signed up with the same publisher that put out 'Chronicles: Volume One' in 2004. The site reports that literary agent Andrew Wylie was on the hunt for an eight-figure offer, although they offer no indication of the final value.

Amongst the publications you can expect from Dylan over the next few years, you'll find two follow-ups to 'Chronicles' and a book relating to the singer's XM radio show, 'Theme Time Radio Hour'.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are 'on cloud nine' with their new baby.

The couple ' who already have two-year-old Sunday Rose together ' admit they had an anxious wait for the arrival of their second daughter Faith Margaret, who was born on December 28 last year through a gestational carrier.

Nicole said through her spokesperson:"We spent Christmas on tenterhooks and after Faith Margaret was born on Dec. 28, a healthy 8 lbs 9 oz, we spent New Year's on cloud nine.'

Since bringing the new baby home, Nicole and Keith, both 43, have enjoyed having time to bond with their two daughters at their homes in Nashville and Los Angeles.

She added:"We have been having a wonderful bonding experience with Faith Margaret and feel truly blessed.'

Friends close to Nicole ' who also has adopted kids Isabella, 18, and 15-year-old Connor with ex-husband Tom Cruise ' say she and Keith never gave up hope of having another child.

One pal said:"They never gave up faith they'd have another child together. They feel blessed. They're just thrilled.'

Announcing Faith's birth on January 17, the couple released a statement saying:"Our family is truly blessed, and just so thankful, to have been given the gift of baby Faith Margaret.

"No words can adequately convey the incredible gratitude that we feel for everyone who was so supportive throughout this process, in particular our gestational carrier."

Russell Brand has stopped making religious jokes because they upset his wife Katy Perry.

The 'Firework' singer ' who married the British comedian in India last year ' is the daughter of Christian ministers Keith and Mary Hudson and says her spouse is now respectful of her faith in his humour.

She said:"Russell has made very blasphemous jokes in the past, but he's making fewer all the time because he knows that I am very sensitive about this subject.'

Katy, 26, also criticised Madonna for staging a mock crucifixion on stage for her 'Confessions' world tour in 2006 and admitted she can't understand why it seems to be acceptable to poke fun at Christianity.

She added:"You can be frivolous and fun without needing to get involved in that. And I don't know why that only happens to the Christian religion. I don't see people simulating sex with statues of Buddha, for example.

"For me, spirituality is something very important and I don't like it when people take it lightly. At times, I don't understand why there are artists who play that card, like when Madonna gets up on a cross to sing."

Justin Bieber is planning to open his own store

The 16-year-old singing sensation is in negotiations with a company who helped Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian set up their Las Vegas boutique Khaos to develop a retail outlet at The Grove in Los Angeles.

The store in the upmarket outdoor shopping centre would see Justin lend his image to products ranging from shoes, skateboards and lollipops.

An insider told RadarOnline.com:"They want to have everything Justin Bieber. They are also trying to find other Island Def Jam artists to be the face of some candy as well."

No opening date has been set for the store yet but it is hoped it will be launched by the end of this year.

Last month Justin announced the launch of his collection of trading cards with Panini America.

The 'One Less Lonely Girl' hitmaker's merchandise also includes three CDs, a fragrance, a line of nail polish, T-shirts, mugs, aluminium water bottles, lunch boxes, headphones, dolls, Christmas tree ornaments, a Halloween wig and boxer shorts.

R.E.M. shot by Anton Corbjin

Renowned music photographer and director Anton Corbjin has shot more than a dozen photos for the new R.E.M. album cover 'Collapse Into Now'.

'Collapse Into Now' is the 15th studio album from the Athens, Georgia rock band.

Corbjin has designed album covers for Metallica, Nick Cave, The Rolling Stones and U2. U2's 'Joshua Tree' cover for Corbjin's work.

His first feature film was 'Control', the story of Joy Division's Ian Curtis.

R.E.M.'s 'Collapse Into You' was recorded with producer Jacknife Lee (who is also currently working on the upcoming album for The Cars '69'. He also produced R.E.M.'s last album 'Accelerate'.

'Collapse Into Now' features guest appearances from Eddie Vedder, Patti Smith and Peaches.

The album will be released in March.

White Lies perform free London gig for new album launch

The hugely successful West London trio, White Lies, celebrate the release of their highly anticipated new album, 'Ritual' with a free show and signing session at HMV's flagship Oxford Street store in London's West End on Monday 17th January 2011.

Showtime starts at 6.00 pm after which the band, Harry McVeigh (lead vocals, guitar), Charles Cave (bass guitar and backing vocals), and Jack Lawrence-Brown (drums), will remain in the store to meet fans and sign copies of the new album which is released the same day.

Will Ferrell and John C. Riley to release hip hop album

Will Ferrell and John C. Riley have started work on a hip hop album based on the characters they played in the 2008 movie 'Step Brothers'.

The film's director Adam McKay said on twitter 'Are we currently working on a Step Bros rap album? Yup.'

He quickly backed himself up by saying ' wasn't kidding about Step Bros rap album. And we just found out we have a crazy big time producer. Mos Def, you up for a guest flow?'

The album will presumably be under the name 'Huff 'n Doback' - the hip hop duo the pair formed in the film. Check out their, *ahem*, 'hit' 'Boats 'n Hoes' below:

Coldplay at first didnt allow one of their songs to be used on Glee

Coldplay wouldn't allow one their songs to be used in 'Glee' ' but changed their minds once the show took off.

Matthew Morrison - who plays teacher Will Schuester on the hit US musical drama series - revealed that producer Ryan Murphy was refused rights to the group's song 'Viva La Vida' for the pilot episode ' but once the show took off, frontman Chris Martin called to offer the use of any of their material.

Matthew said:"In the pilot I was meant to sing 'Viva La Vida' by Coldplay but they wouldn't give us the rights.

"Then, once the show got started, Chris Martin called Ryan to apologise and say we could use whichever song we wanted. So I hope we'll tackle that one."

Matthew, 32, also told of another celebrity fan who would like to appear on the show ' singer-and-actress Jennifer Lopez.

He said:"J.Lo definitely wants to. She runs over to me at parties asking whether I've spoken to Ryan yet because she'll 'do anything' to be on the show. She and her husband Marc Antony are obsessed with 'Glee'."

Other celebrities who have made guest appearances so far include Britney Spears, Neil Patrick Harris, and Chris' wife Gwyneth Paltrow.

Jessica Simpson a generous tipper

The singer, actress and reality TV star recently left an extra 60 per cent on a $500 restaurant bill after dining with her mother, assistant and two other friends at New York Italian restaurant Lavo.

As well as leaving a $300 tip for the $500 bill, she also left a positive message to her waitress, telling her"you were amazing and make this world a better place, Love Jess."

Jessica had told her waitress she'd had a hard day at work and ordered Macallan 18-year-old single-malt Scotch whisky, which she drank with ice and paired with an unusual dish of fried Oreo cookies as well as a veal parmigiano.

Jessica, 30, has been in great spirits since announcing her engagement to Eric Johnson in November, and recently admitted she was left speechless and in tears when Eric popped the question.

Talking about the proposal, she explained: ' had to sit on his knee to really get what was happening. I was shocked.

"I first said, 'Yes!' But I didn't even try the ring on until 5 minutes in. I just sat there and cried with him."

Jessica was previously married to singer Nick Lachey from 2002 until 2006.

The 'Poison' singer is delighted to have landed a role as a baddie in the forthcoming 'Men in Black 3' movie because her part echoes the 'fun' she has in her musical performances.

Madonna wants to run a London nightclub

The pop superstar met with Malaysian entrepreneur Tony Fernandes to discuss buying a stake in his company, The Aura Group, which owns several nightspots including Aura Mayfair.

An associate of the singer told The Daily Telegraph newspaper: 'Madonna sees it as a natural move. She has ambitious plans."

The 'Material Girl' hitmaker is a regular visitor to the exclusive club ' which is owned by Fernandes, events and motorsport entrepreneur Jonny Dodge and Supper Club proprietor Alberto Barbieri ' and is believed to be keen to put her own influence into the venue.

If Madonna does become a stakeholder in Aura she will be able to count her ex-husband Guy Ritchie as a business rival as he owns The Punchbowl pub in the exclusive area of the city.

It seems the 52-year star is keen to expand her business empire.

In November, she opened a gym, the Hard Candy Fitness centre, in Mexico City.

At the time she said: 't's a sexy name that gives you the opportunity to have fun and to build strength as far as the imagination will allow.

'f any of you have seen my shows, you know that I don't skimp on them and the same is true for the gum. We spend what it takes to make a globally first-class gym."

She is expected to launch another 10 gyms across the globe, including in Argentina, Russia and Europe.

Kelly Osbourne wants to have children

The 26-year-old star - who has been single since splitting from fiance Luke Worrall, 21, last year - would love to start a family one day but is currently happy focusing on her career.

She said:"Do I want kids? Definitely, but not just yet. I've still got a lot of things I want to achieve in my career, and I'm still young."

Kelly - who released albums in 2002 and 2005 - is also hoping to re-launch her music career in the future, but is currently busy working on a movie.

She said:"I'm working on a movie called 'So Undercover' with Miley Cyrus, which I'm excited about. It's a mixture of 'Miss Congeniality' meets 'Kick-Ass'.

"I'd also like to get into music again at some point, but one thing at a time."

With such a busy few months ahead of her, Kelly - who has previously been in rehab for prescription drug addiction treatment - admits she is currently experiencing the best time of her life.

She added to Britain's Cosmopolitan magazine:"I'm the most content I've ever been. I feel like I've had a second chance. I burnt a lot of bridges and was rude to a lot of people, but that was because I was so angry with myself that it came out in ways that, a lot of the time, made other people look bad.

"Now, when people are willing to be good to me and give me a second chance, it makes me feel so lucky and I appreciate my life a lot more."

Selena Gomez has received death threats from jealous Justin Bieber fans

The Disney actress and singer has been strongly rumoured to be dating teen heartthrob Justin after they were pictured together on a tourbus in Florida last month and, more recently, in the Caribbean.

One picture showed what appeared to be Selena, 18, wrapped in a towel with Justin, 16, kissing her on the cheek.

Angry fans of 'Baby' singer Justin have now taking to twitter to threaten his rumoured girlfriend on twitter.

One posted: ''ll kill you I swear on GOD!!!!(sic)'

Another angry fan wrote: 'f you are the Girlfriend of Justin I will Kill you I HATE YOU :@ !!!(sic)'

Yet another vitriolic message aimed at Selena read: 'w***e cancer w***e. Iike i'm kill myself cuz i saw you and Justin kissing well thankyou Selena thankyou now i'm killing myself (sic).'

It is not known at present if Selena has sought any protection from the threats or if she has sought to get the people responsible for the tweets banned from the social networking site. She and Justin have also previously denied they are in a relationship together.

Other fans of Justin ' who call themselves Beliebers - have taken a more mild approach and wished the possible couple well, however, with one posting: 'f you really are a BELIEBER, no matter what Justin Bieber do, you'll support him until the end. That's what you call a fan (sic).'

Another poster wrote: 'Selena Gomez is way too awesome for Justin Bieber.'

Last year reality TV star Kim Kardashian was also subjected to a similar negative backlash after she posed for racy photos with Justin.

Johnny Cash new material to be released

Columbia/Legacy has announced that more vault recordings by Johnny Cash will be released on February 22 with Bootlegs 2: From Memphis to Hollywood.

The two-CD set will concentrate on Cash's early career with disc one taken from his time in Memphis. Included will be a radio broadcast hosted by Cash, eleven previously unreleased demos and seven outtakes from his days at Sun Records. The second disc takes in his Columbia Records days from 1958 to 1969 and includes non-album singles, B-sides and outtakes.

The new set comes one year, almost to the day, after the release of his final studio album, American VI: Ain't No Grave.

Robyn plans to quit smoking in 2011

The 'Every Heartbeat' singer would love to give up the deadly habit but is unsure she will be able to stick to her New Year's resolution.

She said: 'Do I have a New Year's resolution? I don't know if I'm going to be able to do it, but I'd like to stop smoking cigarettes.'

The blonde beauty is also looking forward to eating tasty salads in 2011 as the only Christmas gift she asked for was a salad tosser.

She explained: 't's this bucket you put salad in when it's wet, and you kind of turn this handle and the salad gets centrifuged so the water is like, thrown off the salad.

't sounds like an unnecessary thing but once you've tried it you can't live without it.'
