2manydjs claim their shows in the US are 'more crazy' than 'jaded' Europe

The electronic 'NY Excuse' duo ' who are also half of the band Soulwax ' are yet to complete a full tour of America, but hope to organise dates soon, even though they find the country 'dangerous'.

The group's Steph Dewaele told prefixmag.com: 'To me, when we're in America, I kind of like it better. The crowd's a bit more crazy in America. People in Europe are a little more jaded.

'We should {tour the US}. Our agent's been telling us. It's nothing against America. We were saying how much we enjoy being in America - we really, really like it.

'But the U.S. is also dangerous for us. I've noticed whenever we play here we party too much, people get lost!'

'Also, it's been such a big part of our lives: We both had girlfriends in New York, so we spent so much time here.'

Steph added that he and brother Dave are working on new material they hope to put out with Soulwax soon, which will be their first new full album since 2004's 'Any Minute Now'.

He added: 'Soon we're going to have a new set. Completely new. It'll all be dance-y and electronic, but at the same time, we're starting to work more and more on new things that are completely non-electronic. Whatever people want from us, we'll do something else.

'We made a lot of music in the last couple of years, we just haven't found a way of releasing it all. Maybe 2011 will be a good year to start putting things out.'

The Vaccines collect postcards of every city they play in

Bassist Arnie Hjorvar, revealed the British rock group chronicle all their travels on tour by taking a souvenir from every town they play in.

He told website Noisey.com: 'We always collect postcards of every city we've played in so we can have a little record of where we've been and what we've been up to.'

However the 'If You Wanna' hitmakers sometimes find it difficult to complete their collection, admitting one particular city in Northern England didn't have any suitable memorabilia for sale.

Arnie said: 'The last time we were in Sheffield we just couldn't find one and I don't know why because it's glorious.'

Singer Justin Young also talked about touring the UK, saying the band always sell out their gig venues ' but probably because most of them are so small.

He said: 'This is our first time hitting the road properly. We've done one or two things but we're touring straight pretty much for the rest of the year now, on and off.

'Everywhere we've gone the room's been full. It's never been very big, but it's been full, which is encouraging.'

The Vaccines debut album, 'What Did You Expect From The Vaccines' is available now. To see more videos of the band performing visit www.Noisey.com

Clinic live dates

Following the recent release of Clinic's critically acclaimed album 'Bubblegum', the band have confirmed a handful of live dates including Glasgow's Stag&Dagger Festival, and a date at London's Barfly as part of Time Out's London Sessions series.

22nd April Barfly, London (Time Out London Sessions)

14th May The Bodega Social Club Nottingham www.alt-www.tickets.co.uk

20th May The Bombed Out Church Liverpool

21st May Stag And Dagger Festival, Glasgow www.seetickets.com

27th May The Deaf Institute, Manchester www.secure.ticketline.co.uk

28th May The Cockpit, Leeds www.jumborecords.co.uk

'Bubblegum', the mind-blowing sixth album from Clinic, is exactly 40 minutes long. Usually, long-players by this most extraordinary British band clock in at a clipped half-hour. Clinic ' singular, ambitious, revered by fellow musicians ' forever sound like no-one else but themselves, because no-one else could even begin to sound like them. Since the tail end of the '90s, they've beamed in other-worldly psychedelic-pop transmissions from their own parallel dimension (geographically, it's in Liverpool, but.), each with a vibe and quality consistent with its predecessors, oblivious to passing trends.

Across five darkly phantasmagorical albums, they've channeled their '60s-vintage influences through inspired juxtapositions, compulsive experimentation in mood-elevating FX, a punky-surrealist perspective, and plain brilliant songs. Every track has broken the rules implicit in everything foregoing. 'Bubblegum', however, is a different bag of butternut squash. On one listen, it feels instantly warmer, lusher, less uptight. It glows like dusk in a balmy Indian Summer.

Clinic are still Ade Blackburn (voice, guitar, dulcimer, etc), Brian Campbell (bass, backing vocals, etc), Hartley (guitar, clarinet, etc), Carl Turney (drums, percussion, etc). They are still the business.

Miley Cyrus intruder arrested in her home

A man has been arrested for trying to get into Miley Cyrus' home.

Musa Danasabe Ibrahim, 26, was taken into custody by Los Angeles' Police Department (LAPD)'s Hollywood Division in the early hours of yesterday morning (24.03.11), after he was found in the yard of one of the 18-year-old star's neighbours, mistakenly believing it to be the property of the 'Hannah Montana' actress.

An LAPD spokesperson told X17Online:"Ibrahim was trying to make entry into Miley Cyrus' house, but he got the houses mixed up. When we arrived on scene, we found him in her neighbour's yard. He was arrested for trespassing."

An onlooker described the man as a 'freaky guy' who had told neighbours he 'had a date with Miley.'

It is not known if Miley was at home at the time of the arrest.

Ibrahim is still in custody, with bail having been set at $5,000.

Last Saturday (19.03.11), police were reportedly called to the singer-and-actress' home, though it is unclear what were the reasons for the visit or whether it was connected to today's incident.

Mel C says becoming a mother has made her less self-obsessed

The former Spice Girl has a two-year-old daughter Scarlet with her property developer partner Thomas Starr and she insists having a child freed her always worrying about herself and her career.

She said: 'Being a mum has made me a better person. I'm really mellow, more confident and more unselfish.

'Before Scarlet, especially working in such an appearance-conscious profession, everything was about me, me, me. It was all, 'I've got to go to the gym, I've got to take care of myself and wear nice clothes.'

't's a relief to have somebody else who becomes your priority. In a way it takes the pressure off you as an individual. It makes you so much happier and she's made me feel more confident.'

Mel, 37, now can't remember her life before Scarlet and is still staggered by how much happiness the little girl has brought to her and 43-year-old Thomas.

She added: ''m truly having a ball now this little person is in my life. She gives me so much joy but it has really surprised me how much having her has affected and changed me.'

Three of Mel's former Spice Girls bandmates are currently pregnant. Mel B is having her third child; Victoria Beckham who is having her fourth child with husband David Beckham; and Emma Bunton, who is expecting her second child with her fiance Jade Jones.

The 21-year-old singer - who was sentenced to five years probation and six months of community service for assaulting his then-girlfriend in February 2009 ' reportedly threw a chair at a window in his dressing room before ripping off his shirt and leaving the building after being questioned about the incident by Robin Roberts on 'Good Morning America'.

Robin asked: 'What's going on now is that recently, the restraining order against you that Rihanna had issued has been relaxed . have you seen each other, been around each other {at events?}.'

Chris replied:"I mean not really, it's not really a big deal, that situation, I think I'm past that in my life, and I think today's the album day so that's what I'm focused on, so everyone go and get that album.

He then stated that his enemies are"just anybody naysayers, haters, whatever the case may be".

Immediately after the on-air exchange, Chris is alleged of storming into his dressing room, screaming so loudly that worried hair and make-up personnel called security, according to gossip website TMZ.

Before they arrived he had ripped off his shirt and left the building, despite having planned to perform for the ABC website.

After the incident Chris took to his twitter account to write:"I'm so over people bringing this past s**t up!!! Yet we praise Charlie sheen and other celebs for there bulls**t. (sic)"

But he immediately removed the post.

He later added:"All my fans!!! This album is for you and only you!!! I'm so tired of everyone else!! Honestly!! I love team breezy!! (sic)"

Travis Barker says he has more in common with rappers than rocker 'fools'

The drummer - who is a member of rock group Blink-182 - has appeared on tracks by rappers P. Diddy, Bun B, Bubba Sparxx and Pharrell Williams and says he feels hanging out with them is"natural".

He told www.complex.com:"It seems like I have more in common-or hit it off better-with rappers than fools that are in rock music.

"It was always natural for me. And I'm a huge fan. Whenever I get an offer or hear a guy like Wayne shout me out on a mixtape, it's like, 'What the f**k!' I'm always flattered. Totally honoured, stoked, or whatever."

Travis said he gets really upset, however, when rock fans get mad at him for indulging his love of hip hop and playing onstage with rappers.

He added:"I got people who were mad when I played the Grammys with Wayne, Drake, and Eminem. That's one of the biggest highlights of my life, and they'll be like, 'stop playing this rap s**t! You know what I mean? It's like, 'F**k you, man!'

"Open up your eyes. Open up your ears, you Nazi b*****d. Don't be so closed-minded."

Travis is presently in the studio with Blink-182 working on a comeback album.

Kimberley Walsh misses Cheryl Cole since she went to Los Angeles

The singer feels as though she has lost a friend since her Girls Aloud bandmate moved to America, but insists they are keeping in touch over the phone.

Speaking in OK! magazine, she said: ''ve seen a fair bit of the girls lately and it is a shame that's Cheryl's not here ' I do miss her when she's in Los Angeles as I see quite a lot of her when she's at home. We chat on the phone but we don't Skype or anything ' I've never got into it and Cheryl's a technophobe, so she'd probably struggle to set that up.'

Cheryl has been in the US trying to secure a role on the upcoming American version of 'The X Factor' and she recently spent $3.5 million on a property in California so she has permanent base when she is in the country.

The Beverley hills property, which is part of the 42-storey Century building, has four acres of private gardens, boasts a home cinema, private 74ft pool, wine cellar and is protected by 24-hour security.

Last week, Kimberley attended fellow Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding's engagement party at members-only club The Brompton, in London.

The 29-year-old pop beauty was joined at the bash ' which was held to celebrate Sarah saying 'yes' to DJ Tom Crane's marriage proposal ' by third member Nicola Roberts.

Cheryl and fifth member Nadine Coyle could not attend due to work commitments.

Rob Zombie 'not' directing Motley Crue movie

In his exclusive interview with Undercover, Rob Zombie said that he is not directing a movie about Motley Crue.

Rolling Stone reported that Rob Zombie will direct 'The Dirt', the story of Motley Crue but Rob says it is not true.

' am not directing the Motley Crue movie. I don't know how that craziness started,' he tells Undercover.fm.

Instead, Rob Zombie is working on a new movie. ' am doing a movie called 'The Lords of Salem,' he says. ''The Lords of Salem' I started working on a little bit before I came here (Australia) and did some location scouting. When this is done I'm going to head home and start production on that. The rest of the year is filled up with film'.

Zombie's most recent album is 'Hellbilly Deluxe 2', a sequel to his 1998 solo album. 't seemed like the right idea at the right time,' he tells Undercover. 't is so common to make sequels for movies that I thought it would be kind of interesting to make it for a record. I think what inspired it was that when I did start the record it was exactly 10 years since the last one.'

'Hellbilly Deluxe' was released in 1998 so the sequel was a long time coming after that 10-year anniversary. 'We recorded the record then finished it but then I went to make a movie so I didn't want to put the record out until I was done with the movie because I knew I couldn't tour or promote it. So we recorded the record it, shelved it, went and finished the film and went back and put the record out.'

Sarah Harding had to be told to shut up so Tom Crane could propose to her

The Girls Aloud beauty was"chattering away"so much, her DJ fiance said he had to ask her to be quiet so he could present her with a diamond and sapphire ring last New Year's Eve (31.12.10) when they were holidaying in the Maldives..

He said:"The New Year's celebrations were gearing up and Sarah was chattering away, so much so that I had to say to her in the end, 'Will you just be quiet for a second and listen to me? There's something I really want to ask you.'

"I pulled the ring out of my pocket ' which I was amazed she hadn't spotted because it was in a big old box ' got on one knee and asked her to marry me."

The 29-year-old star admitted that although she knew Tom - who she has been dating for three years - wanted to marry her one day, the 'sweet and heartfelt' proposal came as a complete shock.

She told Britain's Hello! magazine:"Tommy would say to me, 'When are you going to marry me, Harding?' But when the moment came, I wasn't expecting at all. And, although Tom stumbled over his words a little, I loved that because it was really sweet and heartfelt. He hadn't rehearsed some big speech ' he was saying how he really felt.

"My initial reaction was, 'Are you serious?' followed by total hysteria."

The 'Hold It Against Me' singer has been dating agent Jason since March 2009 and despite her high profile insisted the relationship is no different from that of any other couple.
